  • Microneedling in NYC

    Microneedling in NYC

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment, safe on all skin types, leaving skin rejuvenated and smoother. This vertical microneedling device, has comparable results to
laser treatments. Unlike lasers, this microneedling pen does not burn nor scrape the skin (like microdermabrasion). Instead, microneedling creates micro injuries to the skin,
encouraging natural collagen production. Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, the mechanical action of the pen allows the needles to puncture the skin at a 90 degree angle
and create controlled injury at a specific depth. In response, a natural healing process begins by producing collagen and elastin. Needle penetration depth can be adjusted from 0.25mm to 2.50mm. We perform Microneedling at our NYC office, call us to book your

    How does it work?

    How does it work?

The handpiece uses a vacuum to pull the skin into contact with hundreds of microneedles just below the epidermal dermal junction to stimulate the production of collagen. Simuteanously, these microneedles create pathways for the infusion of the targeted serums. The treatment is then followed by LED to further enhance collagen stimulation and calm the skin. For optimal results, a brief microdermabrasion may precede treatment.
